Independence

Restomend has no special access to, arrangement with, or influence over any AI platform. We work only on the public information and third-party evidence around a restaurant, which any platform may or may not use.

Why answers vary

AI answers change with the platform, the user’s location, the exact wording, the date, earlier messages in the conversation, personalization, and the information available at that moment. The same question can return different restaurants minutes apart.

What our figures mean

• Recommendation rates describe a defined set of questions, platforms, locations and dates — and nothing beyond them.
• A change in a rate after our work is reported as an observation, not proof that our work caused a platform’s choice.
• We do not attribute individual bookings to individual AI answers.
